Organizers\n                  will enforce this code throughout the event.\n                </p>\n                <h2>The Quick Version</h2>\n                <br />\n                <p>\n                  REFACTR.TECH is dedicated to providing a harassment-free\n                  experience and environment for everyone, regardless of gender,\n                  gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation,\n                  disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity,\n                  religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not\n                  tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.\n                  Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any\n                  conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, social\n                  media and other online media. </li>\n                  <li>Threats of violence.</li>\n                  <li>\n                    Incitement of violence towards any individual, including\n                    encouraging a person to commit suicide or to engage in\n                    self-harm.\n                  </li>\n                  <li>Deliberate intimidation.</li>\n                  <li>Stalking or following.</li>\n                  <li>\n                    Harassing photography or recording, including logging online\n                    activity for harassment purposes.\n                  </li>\n 'cisphobia'.\n                    </li>\n                    <li>\n                      Reasonable communication of boundaries, such as \"leave me\n                      alone,\" \"go away,\" or \"I'm not discussing this with you\".\n                    </li>\n                    <li>Communicating in a 'tone' you don't find congenial.</li>\n                    <li>\n                      Criticizing racist, sexist, cissexist, or otherwise\n                      oppressive behavior or assumptions.\n                    </li>\n                  </ul>\n                  <p />\n                  <h2>Consequences</h2>\n                  <p>\n                    Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are\n                    expected to comply immediately.\n                  </p>\n                  <p>\n                    If a participant engages in harassing behavior, REFACTR.TECH\n                    may take any action we deem appropriate, up to and including\n                    expulsion from all REFACTR.TECH spaces and identification of\n                    the participant as a harasser to other REFACTR.TECH\n                    community members or the general public.\n                  </p>\n                  <h2>Reporting and Enforcement</h2>\n                  <p>\n                    If you are being harassed by a member of the REFACTR.TECH\n                    community, notice that someone else is being harassed, or\n                    have any other concerns, please contact us immediately via\n                    email at hello@refactr.tech.\n                  </p>\n                  <p>\n                    <strong>Conference</strong>\n                    Please contact any member of our organizing, volunteer or\n                    security team. Our team can be identified by their volunteer\n                    t-shirts and will be trained in how to address and report\n                    any incidents that attendees bring to their attention.\n                  </p>\n                  <p>\n                    <strong>Slack</strong>\n                    Please contact an admin or moderator (designated with a\n                    crown emoji{\" \"}\n                    <span role=\"img\" aria-label=\"img\">\n                      “👑”\n                    </span>{\" \"}\n                    in their status) via direct message.\n                  </p>\n                  <p>\n                    If the person who is harassing you is a member of staff,\n                    they will recuse themselves from handling your incident.\n                  </p>\n                  <p>\n                    All reports will be handled in the strictest confidence.
